Use the Mr. Seal sealant as it is, without diluting any other liquid. Be careful to prevent any painted or stained surface adjacent to application area. Apply on a surface as a thin, even coat using a pump, airless sprayer, brush, rag, mop or roller. Before the applied coat is completely dry, buff with a clean cloth. A treated surface will be completely dry within an approximate duration of 2 - 3 hours, but for maximum long lasting results, the treated area should be kept dry and free from soils for at least 24 hours. One coat is normally sufficient, but a second application is recommended on more porous surfaces or heavy walkway areas to ensure complete coverage and long lasting effects. Apply the second coat after a period of ½ hour – 1 hour from the first application. With some highly polished surfaces, such as granite or marble, an initial coat, followed by a light coat, is recommended. If a second coat is required, follow initial application instructions.
